• 2 eggs
  • 150 g sugar
  • 180 g of flour
  • 90 g butter
  • 150 g blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 large tablespoons heavy cream
  • 2 large tablespoons of white cheese
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Mix the sugar and the eggs
  • When the mixture becomes white, add the flour with yeast added
  • Mix well
  • Then add the cottage cheese, the cream, and the salt. Incorporate the melted butter
  • Gently add the blueberries
  • Divide the batter into muffin cups (fill to ¾)
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20-25 minutes
  • The cakes should be golden brown
  • Decorate with a cloud of powdered sugar
