• 125 g almond powder
  • 200 g sugar
  • 125 g flour
  • 5 egg whites
  • 125 g butter
  • a few drops of bitter almond extract
  • 200 g blueberries
  • a little brown sugar
  • Mix flour, sugar, and almond powder
  • Make the egg whites until stiff and gently fold them into the previous mixture
  • Melt the butter and add it to the mixture once it has warmed up
  • Pour in the bitter almond extract and mix well
  • Butter and flour a mold and pour the batter into it
  • Spread the blueberries on top and sprinkle with a little bit of brown sugar
  • Bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes
  • Let it cool before eating
