- 125 g almond powder
- 200 g sugar
- 125 g flour
- 5 egg whites
- 125 g butter
- a few drops of bitter almond extract
- 200 g blueberries
- a little brown sugar
- Mix flour, sugar, and almond powder
- Make the egg whites until stiff and gently fold them into the previous mixture
- Melt the butter and add it to the mixture once it has warmed up
- Pour in the bitter almond extract and mix well
- Butter and flour a mold and pour the batter into it
- Spread the blueberries on top and sprinkle with a little bit of brown sugar
- Bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes
- Let it cool before eating
