- 2 eggs
- 150 g sugar
- 180 g of flour
- 90 g butter
- 150 g blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 2 large tablespoons heavy cream
- 2 large tablespoons of white cheese
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- Mix the sugar and the eggs
- When the mixture becomes white, add the flour with yeast added
- Mix well
- Then add the cottage cheese, the cream, and the salt. Incorporate the melted butter
- Gently add the blueberries
- Divide the batter into muffin cups (fill to ¾)
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20-25 minutes
- The cakes should be golden brown
- Decorate with a cloud of powdered sugar
