• 250 g blueberries
  • 250 g of flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 250 ml of milk
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 1 sachet of yeast
  • In a bowl, make a well with the flour and the yeast and break the eggs in
  • Gently mix everything, then gradually add the milk to form a smooth dough
  • Let rest for one hour
  • Add the blueberries
  • Gently fry the doughnuts in a pan with a little bit of oil
  • Put them on a paper towel and sprinkle with sugar. Serve warm
