
- 250 g blueberries
 - 250 g of flour
 - 2 eggs
 - 250 ml of milk
 - 2 packets of vanilla sugar
 - 1 sachet of yeast
 
- In a bowl, make a well with the flour and the yeast and break the eggs in
 - Gently mix everything, then gradually add the milk to form a smooth dough
 - Let rest for one hour
 - Add the blueberries
 - Gently fry the doughnuts in a pan with a little bit of oil
 - Put them on a paper towel and sprinkle with sugar. Serve warm
